Christian Ercole

Vice President, Longevity Risk Transfer

Christian joined Prudential Retirement in 2014 as Corporate Counsel supporting the Pension Risk Transfer group. In 2018, Christian joined Prudential’s Longevity Risk Transfer transaction team.

Prior to joining Prudential Retirement, Christian was in private practice in the corporate and financial services group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he specialized in insurance regulatory and transactional matters.

Christian has worked on numerous international longevity reinsurance agreements and domestic pension risk transfer transactions, both at Prudential and as outside counsel to Prudential, including the record setting $27.7 billion longevity risk transfer transaction with BT Pension Scheme.

Christian earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
