Vice President, Head of Pension Risk Transfer Client Services

Bob Loveless is Vice President and Head of Pension Risk Transfer Client Services for Prudential’s Investment and Pension Solutions business. Bob is responsible for creating and driving service delivery strategies encompassing new-business onboarding and client relationship management in support of Prudential’s Pension Risk Transfer efforts on a global basis.

As the leader of Prudential’s New Business and Client Relationship teams, Bob is charged with ensuring the successful transition of new pension risk transfer contracts, including all data and administrative provisions, as well as maintaining and enhancing client relationships across the various Pension Risk Transfer products.

Bob joined Prudential in 1988 and has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. He has performed plan document reviews, conducted business suitability analysis of prospective clients and assisted with plan transition efforts for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

Bob holds a B.S. in business administration from Montclair State University. He also holds Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries; and the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
